|Recommended: YesI would like to say how proud I am to live at Riverview Townhomes. I have been living here for 12 plus years and never have I felt this way about our community. The apperance just alone speaks volumes. Trash around the dumpsters are no longer just being thrown in the back of the dumpsters and being left there for days. I also see our property manager on foot walking the property . In all the years I have been occupying the premises I can finally say the people in the office are so willing to help us no matter the situation. I don't feel like I am a bother to any of them. If I ever had to recommend a place to live Riverview Townhomes would be on the top of the list. Thank You Hillary, and all of her team for making such a great place to call home..
|Recommended: YesI have been a resident of Riverview Townhomes for the past 3 years and I am proud to say this will be my 4th as I plan to renew again. I have watched the growth and change in the community over the past year that Hilary has come to the property. She is a wonderful, devoted and caring Property manager. The best one Riverview Townhomes has seen in my time here. She does not make fake promises but executes what needs to be done and has shown her word holds value. The community is brighter and fuller which as a parent with younger children is a beautiful thing to see. I am a proud resident and would definitely recommend this property to my family and friends.
|Recommended: YesI really love the rental office, they helped me out ALOT I mean a lot. I’m so thankful for them. I was working with Hilary and Lauren and they were AWESOME will recommend my family and friends that are actively looking to move they are great people and understanding.

I have been living at Riverview for approximately 12 years, and have never seen the property taken care of the way it is today. Trash and areas are really looking good thanks to it being attended to everyday. When I go in the office it’s so refreshing to see positive and willing people to help with any matter I have. The property manager greets me with such a positive attitude and doesn’t make me feel like I am a bother. I would definitely refer anyone to live here. It’s really nice to call this place home. Thank you Riverview owners for hiring people who really care about the property. The new Property Manager is an asset to this place and all her staff is great as well. Thank you

It took her and her new crew of maintenance workers less than two hours to fix repairs the old management team could never work out for me and other residents.
